Insomnia?

I can't sleep. Selagi belum jam 3 pagi, sure mata cerah saja. Since akhir tahun lepas lagi macam ni. Selalu juga saya terus off laptop sekitar pukul 12 pagi hingga 1 pagi. Siap tutup lampu sampai bilik jadi gelap gelita. Tapi susah sangat nak lelap. Too much sleeping in car, huh? XD Okey serious.

Mungkin ini sebab kenapa saya sukar tidur :

  1. Banyak berfikir. Saya tak boleh tidur kalau ada benda macam rasa tak selesai. Rasa macam unfinished business. Tapi masalahnya, semua benda saya rasa unfinished business wtf depression bawah sedar
  2. Sebab guna laptop tiap malam sebelum tidur. Dulu fikir saya online before tidur tu buat saya jadi santai, tapi sebenarnya waktu itulah banyak menuntut kekuatan otak sebab kita berinteraksi. Aktif sangat otak malam-malam so it need time to slow down, barulah dapat tidur tsk
  3. Tidur tidak menentu
I am not insomnia. And I'd figured out something to do. Ya Allah give me the strength!

    Letih sebenarnya.Kadang-kadang dah taktau nak buat macam mana.Badan penat tapi otak taknak bhenti fkir and mula la tak bley tdo

    mau tak mau kena susun blk jadual awak fina. jgn slalu tido lambat. kesan jangka panjang nti jd cam sy, badan jem2 n berat badan xterkawal. :(
